Waitlist privacy notice

This notice covers the Lumisa early-access waitlist.

Who is responsible

What you share and why

The form records your email address, company name, role, first product priority, signup time, consent version and campaign labels from the link you used. PINAVOX uses this information to manage the waitlist, understand demand and contact you about Lumisa updates and relevant pilot invitations. Joining is voluntary and does not create a paid account.

How this page measures interest

The page records aggregate counts of page views, waitlist-button clicks and example selections, grouped by date and campaign. These counts are not unique visitor counts. The application does not set advertising cookies, use advertising pixels or create analytics visitor profiles. It respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for these aggregate events.

Storage and service providers

The page is hosted through OpenAI Sites and uses Cloudflare database storage. These providers process information to operate the service. Processing may occur outside your country. Hosting providers may also process network and security logs under their own policies.

To limit automated abuse, the application temporarily stores a one-way hash derived from the request IP address, a short time window and the requested action. It does not store the raw IP address in its waitlist or analytics tables. Expired rate-limit entries are removed during subsequent requests.

Your choices

You may withdraw consent, ask to leave the waitlist, or request access, correction or deletion by emailing sb@pinavox.com. Include “Lumisa waitlist” and the email address you used so your request can be matched. Any marketing email sent will include a way to unsubscribe.

Company documents

This landing page does not collect technical documents, SOPs or customer files. Arrangements for handling company knowledge will be discussed separately before any pilot.
