01 / FROM EXPERIENCE TO EVERYDAY USE

From “we had a good conversation”
to a useful next step.

A lead goes into the CRM. The next move depends on the rep. Your best explanation is in an old proposal, a buyer guide or an expert’s head. The planned workflow brings those pieces together around the buyer’s next decision.

01

Capture the question and the next decision

Start with a buyer question, enquiry or call notes. Identify what the buyer needs to understand before a meeting, demo or quote, and who owns the follow-up.

02

Find the answer. Fill the real gaps.

Match existing, approved content to the question. Where something is missing, prepare a draft from your documents and expert know-how, with sources visible for technical review.

03

Give the buyer a useful assignment

Prepare the explanation, the email and the next action together. Your rep reviews and sends it, agrees when the buyer will read it, then checks what still needs answering.

02 / ONE KNOWLEDGE BASE. CONNECTED WORK.

Know what to send.
Know what to ask next.

A buyer is comparing suppliers before a demo. See how the planned product could turn that situation into a useful assignment, drawing on the knowledge your team already has. These fictional drafts illustrate the workflow; this is not a live AI generator.

YOUR TEAM ASKS

“Our buyer is comparing three suppliers before a demo. What should I send and ask next?”

KNOWLEDGE TO DRAW ON

Approved buyer guides + opportunity notes

Fictional packaging machinery example.

Send the right answer before the next meeting.

A useful assignment for the next conversation

Use an approved comparison guide to address the buyer’s uncertainty. Prepare a personal email explaining what to review before the demo, ask for a commitment and give the rep a follow-up checklist.

ILLUSTRATIVE DRAFT

Subject: Before Thursday’s demo: comparing the proposals You mentioned that it is hard to compare what the three suppliers include. Before the demo, please review these points with your team: 1. Which products and changeovers must the line handle? 2. What does each supplier include in commissioning and training? 3. What service support will you need after installation? This will help us use the demo to test your priorities and clarify the quote. Can you review these points and reply with your two priorities before Thursday? REP’S NEXT ACTION Confirm the buyer’s agreement. At the next conversation, ask what remains unclear and record the answers before preparing the quote.

  • Approved content matched to the sales stage
  • Personalized assignment email draft
  • Rep checklist: commitment, reply and next action
Your rep reviews and sends. Technical claims need approval; a click alone does not confirm the buyer understood.

03 / EDUCATION FIRST

A reason to follow up.
Something useful to send.

This is assignment selling in practice: choose content for the buyer’s specific question, explain why it helps, agree when they’ll review it and close the loop in the next conversation. Existing buyer guides and expert answers become part of the sales process.

The first pilot will focus on one repeatable follow-up. We’ll measure preparation time, expert review effort, whether reps use the material and whether buyers respond or agree a next step. Those observations will guide what we build next.

A FEW PRACTICAL ANSWERS

Before you join.

Is Lumisa available today?

This is an early-access waitlist for a product in development. Joining records your interest; it does not create a software account or guarantee a pilot place or launch date.

Who is it being built for?

Manufacturers, industrial suppliers and technical B2B teams whose sales depend on explaining complex products and processes. The initial focus is turning company knowledge into useful buyer education and sales guidance.

How does it relate to PINAVOX’s work?

The product direction builds on PINAVOX’s work connecting company expertise, content creation, buyer education and assignment selling. The waitlist is for the software; any implementation or advisory engagement is agreed separately.

Will AI publish content or send quotes automatically?

The planned workflow keeps technical review and commercial decisions with your team. Lumisa helps prepare answers, documents and guidance for approval.

How will this fit the tools we already use?

The pilot will be scoped around where your team receives questions, reviews documents and follows up with buyers. We’ll agree the delivery format first, then prioritize a connection to the email, CRM or document tool your team uses. Integrations are planned; this waitlist does not connect to those systems.

Do I need to upload company documents now?

No. The waitlist only asks for contact and business context. Document access, confidentiality and pilot arrangements will be discussed before any company material is shared.
